At Pharma Pharma, we are committed to supplying high-quality medical, healthcare, and professional equipment. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage provided with eligible products purchased through our website.

1. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated, eligible products supplied by Pharma Pharma include a 12-month warranty period from the date of delivery.

Warranty support may include:

  • manufacturer-backed warranty coverage
  • Pharma Pharma support and assistance
  • repair, replacement, or parts assessment where appropriate

Warranty coverage applies only to products used under normal and intended conditions.

2. Warranty Claims Process

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact Pharma Pharma first before arranging any repair, return, or third-party assessment.

To help us assess your claim, we may request:

  • order number
  • product details
  • description of the issue
  • photographs or videos
  • proof of damage or fault

In some cases, products may need to be:

  • returned for inspection

  • reviewed by a technician or supplier

Unauthorised repairs or modifications may void warranty coverage.

3. What The Warranty Covers

Subject to inspection and approval, warranty coverage may include:

  • manufacturing defects
  • mechanical faults
  • electrical faults
  • defective components
  • product failure under normal use

Where applicable, Pharma Pharma may provide:

  • replacement parts
  • repair services
  • product replacement
  • manufacturer support coordination

Warranty solutions are provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue and supplier/manufacturer guidance.

4. What The Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage
  • misuse or abuse
  • improper installation
  • neglect or poor maintenance
  • cosmetic damage
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • damage caused during customer transport or handling

Consumable items and routine maintenance may also be excluded from warranty coverage where applicable.

5. Return-To-Base Warranty

Certain products may require return-to-base inspection or repair.

Where applicable:

  • customers may be required to return products for assessment
  • return instructions will be provided after warranty review
  • approved warranty cases may qualify for repair or replacement support

Please do not return products without prior approval from Pharma Pharma.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may also include separate manufacturer warranties.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies:

  • Pharma Pharma may liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
  • warranty resolution may be subject to manufacturer assessment and approval

7. Limitation Of Warranty

This Warranty Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
